I have a recipe... hope you get it in time! Much happiness to you!

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter or margarine softened
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chopped almonds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar

In a large bowl, beat powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla until light and fluffy. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off (not packed). Add flour, salt, and almonds to sugar-margarine-vanilla mix. Mix until dough forms. Scoop and shape into 1 inch balls. Place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 325 degrees for 15 - 20 min, until set but not browned. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cool slightly and roll into the extra 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Cool completely and sprinkle more powdered sugar with sifter, if necessary. yields: 5 dozen prep time: 1 hr.
