That's an interesting approach, advertising for a Mexican chef on MexicoConnect's cuisine forum, but I think you'd be more likely to find one by posting a job ad in the employment ad section. Go to MexConnect's main page and check out Jobs in Mexico. There should be information there on how to post an ad.
Also, your hotel's website (the place sounds lovely, by the way) suggests you already have a Mexican chef. There are probably hundreds of Mexicans who could do the job, why are you looking here?
