Historia Cocina Website

An amiga in el DF emailed me a link to http://www.historiacocina.com/.
I've only just had a glance at it, but its collection of articles and notes seems extensive. This http://www.historiacocina.com/gastronomia/mejico.htm is the URL for the history of the Cuisine of Mexico.

Happy reading,

WOW! What a beautiful site. Thank you so much for passing on the information. There is even a glossary of Mayan food preparation terms and some recipes. Just looking through the rest of the site is fascinating too, history of foods and a section for erotic recipes. Finally the impetus I need to improve my Spanish.

This site sounds interesting but I find my knowlege of Spanish is inadequate (studied German and French in college!). Is there an English language version of this site?

Gracias

Garry

I will ask again: Is there an English version of Historia Cochina? This gringo is fascinated with true Mexican food, and I would love to learn more. Mexico Connect is great, but I need more input!

I doubt that there is an English version. It's a Mexican website.
All generalities are suspect, including this one.
