Four to five punds of ripe aguacates(mexican taste better)Four pounds of red(ripe) mexican tomatoes, one pound white onions, one pound of cerrano chiles, one pund of
green lemons, lot of freshly ground black pepper
,salt, white wine vinegar,a lot of cilantro leafs(usually one bunch). This is the thing,I'm quoting a lot 'couse, this will be gone before you get the carne asada ready. So put your dogs to guard it.Cut the tomatoes, onions, chiles and cilantro,at about 1/4 inch scuares.mixem.cut the lemons, juice them, and mix with the salt and pepper.now the avocados, cut'em in halves take the seed out, throw the seed.take the skin off and throw it away, with a fork(a good fork)smash them really good(don't skip this step,or it will taste bad)
It is a lot of work I know But you will like it.So now just mix all of it when is all evenly mixed, pour tow or three spoons of thw white vinegar, and mixet slowly...taste it.If your mouth is watering with the smell you got it right. If not.try a little more lemos juice and a little more vinegar.
BUT!!! be carefull, this could be adictive.
