Garlic Chicken

1 to 11/2 lb boneless chicken dark meat
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstoch
5 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons red wine or rice wine
2 tablespoons corn oil or vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions:
1. Cut the chicken into pices.
2. Mix all the seasons together with the chicken
3. Turn on the stove into HIGH
(Please be sure the pot don't smoke)
4. When the pot hot, put the oil and place the garlic
and cook about 10 seconds, and pour the chicken in.
5. Cook the chicken about 15 minutes, if the juice gone
you can add some water.
6. Serve with the plate and enjoy your chicken.
