Flours and whole grains

We are planning to live in Cuyutlan, Colima, MX for at least 6 months starting in November. I am curious to know about the availability of flours (unbleached and organic) and whole grains (wheat berries, rye, barley, etc...). Any help on retail shops that stock these will be helpful and appreciated.

Since you're going to live there I assume that you know there's not much there there. You'll probably have to go to Manzanillo where there is a Walmart, Soriana, and Commercial. Our Walmart does carry unbleached flour in the "gringo food" section. I don't know if the Manzanillo Walmart does. You may have a challenge ahead of you.
