Today's lunch at Martha's house has turned out a picture story of two squash dishes -- Sopa de Calabaza and Calabazas Relleños.

Looks good Rolly. I'm with you on the salt though, I'd always prefer no salt at all on my food. Rarely I might add some but I do love black pepper. It's difficult to get people to lower or leave out salt that tastes normal to them. Many times I just can't eat the food because of how much salt is in it.

Rolly Thanks to you and Dona Martha I blew my diet today! My goodness all of that food looked fabulous. How wonderful that you are able to partake of Dona Marthas cooking. Nothing like good basic home cooking in whatever country you are in. I will take it over a fancy establishment any day.
My husband and I looked at the photos, then looked at each other and ran to the kitchen and started pulling out corn tortillas.cheese, tomatoes, chiles, etc and before long we were stuffing ourselves. As soon as I get all the ingredients I will be trying some of Dona Marthas recipes. Especially that yummy soup. Thanks for posting and thank Dona Martha for sharing her recipes. dolores
