The idea of having to deal with a brooding slice of flan usually put me in a melancholy mood. That is until I discovered what a dash of "Rompope" can do for custard. This eggnog-like Mexican liquer will add a much needed dash of daring to an otherwise dreary dish of dessert. For added zest I'll add a handfull of raisins.
