Cooking Vacations at Mexico - Any reco?

I'm looking for a place where to spend a week near Mexico City, my objective is to visit touristic sites and lear about the Mexican cuisine. Any recomendation? or Magazine / WebSite where to look for?

About 150 miles West from Mexico City is the beautiful colonial Mexican City of Morelia, Michoacan. Just a short drive from Morelia is Patzcuaro, Michoacan.
The Hacienda Mariposa is located just a short distance from Patzcuaro.
They prepare many wonderful dishes there, and will gladly show you recipes and teach you a great deal about the foods and culture of the surrounding area.
Just enter the words "Hacienda Mariposa" into your search engine and you will be able to navigate to their page.
Their accomadations are very nice, with a complete traditional Mexican hacienda kitchen!!
