I've had Chilles Rellenos de Atún, served cold or at room temperature. Not bad. I once served an appetizer course of Pimientos Piquillos Rellenos de Guisado de Marlín y Queso Philly. Ummmmmm. I prefer my shrimp as unsullied as possible, with the exception of such Chinese delights as Har Gow All generalities are suspect, including this one. Saludos, Anonimo
