Cheese sauce------------------TANGY CHEESE SAUCE

TANGY CHEESE SAUCE 2 Tablespoons real butter 2 Tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 cup half and half or milk 1 cup (4 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard Place butter, flour, salt, pepper, paprika and half and half in blender. Cover and blend on high 30 seconds. Add cheese and blend 15 seconds longer. Pour in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
