Okay, we bought a "camote amarillo" at the market. Is this similar enough to a sweet potato to just boil/mash and mix with some combination of butter, cream, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, etc? If not, any suggestions about how to cook it (other than turning it in dulce )? Thanks E&F
