Camarones Y hongos, salsa repollo

I've hunted for a couple of years now for two recipes. One is Camarones Y hongos, which is sauted in a garlic sauce and contains quite a bit of New Mexico red chiles, I think. The other is salsa repollo, which I believe contains raw cabbage, tomato, garlic, and pickled jalapenos. If anyone can help me with these, my family's tastebuds will be forever grateful. Thanks!
