Does anyone have a recipe for barbacoa made on the stove w/ liquid smoke? I know how to start, with beef head or cheek meat, but don't have the amounts of the other ingredients and have been experimenting, but has turned out just ok. I used to work at a restaurant where they made it like that and it was wonderful, so i know it can be done, it doesn't have to be on the pit or in a hole in the ground. Help, please! Thanks in advance.
