Don't let it go to your head, I have found that words such as these flow quite easily from certain men and have heard these myself from strange men on the street and I don't consider myself a raving beauty by any means!
: Now you are my queen, or you're already my queen.

:¿Ya estás mi reina? = Is my queen ready? (to go some place,or to do...what ever).
But given with another intonation it could mean, arrogant, vain, full of disdain.

Thank you Ruben! The lack of a comma confused me with this question: I should be more flexible! Ya estas, mi reina. Perhaps this expression bears some repeating because it's very handy and confusing to the English speaker at first glance:
Ya estoy. I'm ready now.
?Ya estas? Are you ready yet?
: :¿Ya estás mi reina? = Is my queen ready? (to go some place,or to do...what ever).
: But given with another intonation it could mean, arrogant, vain, full of disdain.
