I teach sixth grade and have a wonderful Spanish student I am planning to have teach my 3 year old son Spanish two days a week for one hour. What is an acceptable amount to pay this young man? I want to be fair. Also what should I purchase for the two of them to use in these sessions? Your helpful advice is much appreciated.
