differnet meanings for idiom "echen aguas!"?

Be advised that this is a scene from a telenovela, which may be distasteful to some. It involves an abusive situation in prison, in which occured an idiom that I'm asking about: I was watching an old episode of Apuesta por un amor (I'm behind in watching it) and the evil son who is in jail for suspected murder is about to be asaulted by the jail's pervert guy who one has to knuckle under to in order to get under his protection. The pervert throws him into a cot and says to his surrounding group of thugs, "¡Echen aguás!" Just then, the guards come in and save the newbie they have targeted for abuse. I see that the phrase "échame agua" means give/pour me some water. But, I don't think it relates to the scene here, unless the guy means he is going to work up a sweat abusing this guy so they better get him some refreshment for when it's over. Anyone got an idea if this is what he means, or if there is another meaning that escapes me? -encántame
