"Sin enganche" means no down payment. "Enganche" means a down payment with a series of payments following, for example, on a car.<p>"Anticipo" is payment on something before the work has started. For example, when having new soles and heals put on your shoes, it is common to pay an "anticipo" of 50% if you have to leave your shoes there and return later to pick them up after the work has been completed. <p>: For years I've heard both I take it they both mean down payment.Which of the two is prefered? In the states and Mexico Ive heard sin enganche.<p>
