I have a Windows XP operating system, which makes it easy for you to add an ñ to words: just change the language in the lower tool bar to Spanish [ES] and hit the ; : key. To put an accent on a vowel, hit the ' " key and then the vowel key, for example á. The upside down question mark [¿] is the uppercase = + key, and the upside down exclamation point [ ¡ ]is the lowercase = + key.

You're right, of course. I was thinking of the verb (as in "I tip"). But here we say dar una propina. Thank you.
