My Spanish tutor seemed uncertain about the term for an automobile trunk. She thought it might be CAJUELA but then said that may be the term for glove box instead. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, the trunk of the car is la cajuela.

And the glove box is called "la guantera" or "la cajuelita"

Cargador del coche. Ajá. ¿El que carga el coche? ¿Un cargador que pertenece a un coche? ¿O un cargador eléctrico para recargar las baterías del coche?
