It never fails to amaze me how things are just taken for granted. I’ve been a major league baseball season ticket holder for a number of years now and the wave is so commonplace, it’s a no brainier. All I know is it’s a lot of fun, it gives a great opportunity to get up and throw the arms in the air and release a loud cheer in unison with stadium enthusiasm. I love it! Moreover, it’s true; it only takes about 30 spectators to get the wave moving. Also true is it normally travels clockwise more often the counterclockwise. Thanks Tony, who would have thought………………. Now does onda mean wave in Spanish or does it mean depth or something else?
