Learning Spanish through reading street signs

Years ago, before I got serious about studying Spanish, an acquaintance showed me a book in English about learning Spanish from reading street signs, basically, commercial storefront signs. The book focused on Mexican Spanish, and it seemed that most of the photographs were of signs in Mexico City. I've searched Amazon.com, but nothing in the search results matches the book I remember. Can anyone recall such a book? And, if so, could you kindly give me a pointer to its title and/or author? Many thanks, -- K.H.
