Hechoes

When I watch the afternoon news, I often see the word "Hechoes" flashed on the screen. My bilingual friend says he doesn't know how to translate it into English. I looked in a S>E dictionary and got 11 meanings, none of which seem to fit the news program. Suggestions?

It can mean happenings or events. Or facts i.e. "es un hecho".

You must be referring to the news on TVAzteca.
