Another play on words

Semana Santa is of course when everyone comes to the beach. So, our area is just packed to the gills with folks.
The local paper had a story about the holiday period, and was talking about hotel occupancy rates,
It specifically mentioned that the "Hotel Camarena" was doing a good business.
I was so proud of myself that I figured that out pretty quickly. so I told my friend Alejandro I read it. He gave me a blank look and said he didn't know of that hotel. (And was thinking, so, who cares anyway?)
His wife burst out laughing and said "Cama Arena, sabe". In other words, the Sand Bed Hotel, another way to refer to camping on the beach.

One of the reasons Spanish is so much fun. Although I should admit I didn't get it the first time around. Camarena made me think of camarones ("huh, that's weird"). Needless to say, I was hungry at the time.
