We are having a hard time selling our home in the foothills of northwest North Carolina. I know some of you folks in SMA are having a hard time selling your homes there. If any of you would like to live here in the foothills close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and would like to swap houses for a year or permanantly by buying each others house please let us know.
