Hello, I am interested in a long term rent on a casita. I have lived at Tepetapan for 5 years and I'm looking at renting on a permanent basis. I'm single, 65, non smoker, quiet lifestyle, I have a fish tank and I have two cockatiels that make less noise than the outside birds. Their wings are clipped so they stay in their cage and do not fly around the casita. I like having my house cleaned and I enjoy working in the garden. Please let me know if the casita is still available. Sunny
