Hi David,

Ah, yes, as you can see, I'm new to this. The house was being rented by some friends who've had to leave, so it's available immediately for as long as someone wants it - I'm not sure what the minimum would be. This isn't my house, it belongs to another Mexican friend, and I believe she was charging between $7-8,000/month.
