Wonderfull colonial style house
Big garden! Internet!
We are going to Europe for a couple of months that is why we rent this house,
The colonial-style house has two bedrooms, a large living room.
Nice porch with view over the Oaxaca valleys.
We will rent the place completely furnished with all services. Our caretaker/maid/cook/babysitter/manager will keep coming 2 times a week, 9am to 3pm and she is a real angel!
We are not renting to make any money, just looking for some help with expenses and to have the place looked after.
The place is wonderful with it's very big garden, the working fireplace and the central location near the Hotel Fortin Plaza just above the Xochimilco neighbourhood. The neigbourhood is very safe and we are at an easy walking distance to the historic downtown area (15 minutes walking to Sto. Domingo church).
Two bathrooms, laundry facilitys, secure parking, TV, etc.
Kids are welcome!
Location: Oaxaca City, Colonia Estrella
(near Xochimilco, Hotel Fortin Plaza)
15 minutes walking to the centre
Completely furnished, internet, all services
Main house (2 bedrooms) 750 USD/month
(including maid service, everything)
English, Spanish, German spoken
