House Swap - Ajijic - Austin

I am interested in looking at Ajijic for potential retirement and want to stay there for 2-3 months to see if it is the right place for me. I am planning on retiring in August of 2010 - so this is way early to be looking. I currently have a 3 bedroom townhouse in South Austin - close to downtown.

If you have any plans to travel and stay in Austin for an extended period of time around August/September of 2010 ...we might be able to work a deal with a house swap.
