House Rental within 15 to 20 miles of Altamira, Madero or Tampico

Hi everyone! My name is Robert. My wife and daughter are Mexican nationals. I am looking for a house for rent for my new bride, our 6 year old daughter and myself in (order of preference) Madero, Tampico or Altamira. I would prefer a single story casa, but 2 story is OK. Two bedrooms (three is better) and two bathrooms. It should have secure parking for one (preferably 2) cars, a patio area and in a nice quiet zone. Good private schools are a plus for our daughter. I would prefer living in an average neighborhood and for sure not in a gated community. If anyone knows of a place like this for rent on a year to year basis, I would appreciate learning about it.

Even a nice place within 15 to 20 miles of Altamira, Madero or Tampico would be OK for the right place.
