For Rent Beach Home on Pacific Coast of Cuyutlan, Colima

I have my 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, plus bonus room, pool, palapa, outside living areas, ceiling fans, Air conditioning in master bedroom, large kitchen, fully Furnished with beds, washer, new stove and refrigerator and more.
The home is located in the small town of Cuyutlan Colima. The home sits across the beach and in front of a protected area "area verde' in which Sea Turtules come to bury their eggs. The home is also walking distance from Santuario Ecologico de la Tortuga, where you can volunteer and help rescue eggs.
The home is currently available all year for rental as we are moving to The states this month. We would prefer a long term rental of 6 months to 1 year.
Prices are as follows:
3-5 months : $700 USD a month
6-11 months : $ 600 USD a month
1-2 years : $550 USD a month
Prices are subject to change without notice
The home is also for sale and renters have an option to buy in which case rent can be applied to selling price.
