FABULOUS CASITA IN SAN CRISTOBAL DE LAS CASAS, CHIAPAS FOR LIKE IN CD. OAXACA OR NAYARIT "RIVIERA"

MINE. I lease and reside in Casita Frida, a completely furnished roomy 1 b.r. separate casita in a gorgeous, small, secure, jardin compound. Casita is architect designed and owned, roomy, well-maintained, quiet and only a few easy-walk blocks to Centro (andadores) and large outdoor markets at Templo Santo Domingo. It is fully furnished with linens, towels, dishes, new TV, cable TV, Internet, fireplace, king-bed in large bedroom, large living/dining area, gas stove, refrig., lots of storage, shower. Decor is Mexican colonial with mucho wood and tile. It easily sleeps 4, (or more, but I prefer 1-3 people max). Maid service 1-2 times/week or more often if desired. It normally rents for around U$400/week (a bargain at that). Owners reside on premises, and are bilingual/bicultural English-Spanish; this is a family compound, so no loud parties or excess noise (theirs or yours).

YOURS. Like property, possibly smaller 1 b.r. or large studio or apt., fully furnished, centrally located, QUIET, comfy - IN CD. OAXACA (prefer north of Zocalo near Sto. Domingo Church) OR RIVIERA NAYARIT (prefer near/walk to beach in or between San Pancho and Guaybitos). References required.

EXCHANGE: 2 week min./2 month max. Either "straight-across" for like, or some adjustment if yours is much smaller. Send full description, location, and we'll exchange photos and references.
