Hello! We are looking to sell our family owned business located two blocks from the beach on the main road in Rincon de Guayabitos. Hotel Loma Linda is a beautiful 54 room hotel featuring an amazing pool with waterfall, elevator, 41 bungalows (rooms with kitchenettes), 13 rooms, lots of greenery, large parking lot with electronic gate system, and a sunbathing terrace with a great ocean view!
