Hola experts

I am researching, to build, a small adobe house on the coast in huatulco. I wish to have a water-proof stucco finish.

So far I have been lead to believe that I should add cement to the mortar (the mud between the bricks)and render (the finish over the bricks) with a simular mix with a water-proofing agent and that the render will bond with the mortar, (as it will not bond well to the adobe bricks) to form a stable finish.

If this is correct, could you recommend the correct mix percentages.
