smooth grout for azulejos tiles

For starters you can mix different colors to find one that pleases you. Also adding small amounts of grey cement will give you different shades. There are different grades of marmolina. Use the finest grind.
: The colored grout for kitchen/bath countertop tiles (4" x 4") that my building contractor suggests using contains grains of marmolina which give the finished surface a texture reminescent of sandpaper -- this is usually used on tile floors. I would like smooth-surfaced grout like I'm accustomed to seeing in the States. If I insist on a smooth surface, the only option he knows of is to use cemento blanco mixed with "color for cemento blanco," which locally only comes in red, orangish-yellow, blue, black, and a green that's more aquamarine. Can anyone suggest other options (hopefully with more color choices) for a smooth grout?
:
