For the past 30 years, I've been ferrying canna bulbs whose ancestors grew in my grandmother's garden. When we move to Mexico I'd like to bring them along, but am not sure if it's legal to do so.

Can someone point me toward a site that lets me know what, if any, plants I can bring into the country?

The rule is simple and easy to remember -- no plants and no seeds or bulbs.

The USA has the same rule.
