Stained Glass

Our house has been finished for quite a while except for a few projects. One of those was the stained glass windows that go on each side of the fireplace in the living room. Well, hurray, today we got them ordered. I'll post some photos when they are finished. Although they were included in the original plan (which I drew), we hesitated in making the living room darker with them. However, it wasn't long before we realized that the summer sun sets in such a position that the sun shines right on the newly upholstered furniture. So, it will be interesting to see the light in that room at various times of the day and year.

In attached photo, you can barely see the windows I'm talking about.

Thanks for sharing the great picture. what can I say other than someing I would have said in the sixties. There is no better word than COOL. Thanks for sharing your projects with us.
