I am in the construction business and am also considering bringing tools down as part of my Menaje de Casa. From what I've seen so far, you will get great use out of all your tools, masonry or otherwise. So I agree with the other folks, go for it! In fact, I have observed the local masonry crews excavating wall foundations with pick and shovel. Now, in younger days, I used those same picks and shovels. But, a few years ago, someone smart invented the electric jackhammer. For any type of tight excavation, these are a delight - indispensably used by landscapers, masons, etc. in the US. So, the first present I plan to give to my contractor is a Makita electric jackhammer and a portable generator for it. If I am guessing right, this might just end up coming back to me in 'karma' fashion. Best of luck..... ------------------------------------------------------------ " To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the public."
