Roof Repair Good, Thanks

Can't Post |
Hi. Last July I had to repair my roof long distance and I depended on a bunch of good advice from this forum. I'm here now and thought I should report on the work.

First, the roof was leaking in several places and probably not touched for 18 to 20 years. The contractor removed the old tiles and cleaned the cracked concrete, applied a new layer, applied a polyester cloth, applied more concrete, replaced the tiles which needed about 1/3 new. My neighbour is a retired contractor and says they did a good job and it certainly looks good to me.

Including the patio, car-port and bodega, I estimate the roof to be about 273 M2. My cost was $126 pesos per M.

Thanks again to everyone.
