Well, finally the project is getting started. The land has been purchased, the architect hired, the plans drawn and the wife approved them. After reading posts in this forum I would like to share the process of the construction of the house in my hometown of Arandas, Jalisco mx.
The house is a two story house. The upstairs will be a one bedroom with living room and office space. The first floor will have a kitchen, livingroom, formal dinning, three bedrooms, an office and maid’s room. The house will be Ranch Style and the setting is in the country. I will keep you up to date.

Hola Agustin,

I'm looking forward to your story. Hope you can send a lot of pictures. I’m especially interested to see if your crew does things differently than we did on my project. I'm always looking for new ideas.

Soy Peter y yo vivo en Ajijic, Jalisco donde construyo también una casa. Dónde está Arandas? Soy un Americano y sólo hablo un pocito español. Sin embargo poco a poco yo aprendo más.
