Maybe we should let him be the moderator! :-) He does have extensive construction experience and recent experience here in Mexico.

Thanks for the kind words. But I am most definitely not interested in being a moderator. I have enough headaches already. Jean does a fine job.

Jean, I was just kidding! Note the smiley, :-), in my post. I think you're doing a fine job as moderator. One of the reasons I like this forum is that most post and posters are very straight forward, plain talking, and informative. A tribute to your work as moderator I'm sure.

I know from Rolly's post that he's 'up to his eyeballs' with things related to his construction project so I was just 'playing along' with your comments. It was all in fun.

What are the qualifications for moderator in general and then again for the specific forum they moderate?
