Anyone know if a notario publico can actually draw up an HOA (Home Owner's Association) contract or does contract need to be drawn up first by a lawyer, then taken to the notario publico?

Anyone in have experience being member of HOA formed in Mexico?

The notario publico IS a real estate lawyer.

do you know some one who may have guidelines for expenses hoa's may have- we are starting the process in loreto with a manager who seems to haave a huge budget!!
