Rolly, you continue to outdo yourself.
Comment: I don't think the interviews are necessary. It detracts from the structure of the rest of your website. Of course, it's all good info.
I wish I had read this two years ago. That's for sure.

I've read the whole series as you've been posting the links, Rolly. They're just outstanding. Once we finally decide where we're going to be staying for a bit, I'll be referring to them again. First the "Renting" issue, then perhaps the "Buying" issue. But maybe never the "Build/Remodel" installment.

I barely survived a minor bathroom remodel in the U.S.

Thanks for all your great work. It's so appreciated.
