I will be traveling from nogales to Ajjic in Oct. Anyone have any recommendations of towns and motels with secure parking?

We have used the "no-tell motels" between Nogales & Mazatlan & they are all along your route, usually at the edges of towns. The ones we have used were all very clean, quiet, secure parking & "interesting" TV....but you can get some regular channels as well. In Navajoa, which is about 1/2 way to Mazatlan from Nogales.....there is a Best Western that many of us have used.....they also have a restaurant & pool, wifi as well. It is on the right as you come into town from the north. From Mazatlan it is only about 6 hrs to Ajijic. Good luck to you.
