motel close to Laredo border

Can someone give me suggestions for a motel that is safe for my pickup,and close to the border crossing? I am moving to Lakeside & have a driver meeting me to help with the drive, language, etc. He wants me to be at a motel as close to the border as possible, as he is arriving by bus from Guad. I have tried for endless hours to find a motel on the web, with very little success. I am a single woman & will have my FM3 and my menaje de case (hopefully) and am concerned about the safety of my belingings. There is no way I could unload my pickup & carry my things inside a motel. I read horror storied about theft & am not sure how to handle this situation. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Although there are others somewhat closer I can't remember their names. Both the Holiday Inn and the Marriott are close to the border, both with secure parking. The Hotel Posada is right on the border and has underground parking. You might also try using the Yahoo yellow pages for Laredo. They have maps of the locations of the businesses they cover.

Thanks!<p>hi yes look mam i am single too and i wish to help get to the mall del rio going down hill you'll see the hamelton hotel or you can go to the holiday inn in sanbernardo street and the parking there is great. mam i wish to help call me at 712 38 69 and ask for gabriel is my first name and when you get here i will help you.
