looking for Transmigration information

Hello,
I am looking for information on transmigration across Mexico to Central America. I have been searching and have realized I need help on finding the procedures as well as any information I can obtain about the process and laws regarding it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

More information:

I am moving some of my stuff from the US to Belize and need to know information about the transmigration permit Mexico offers to expats going across but not planning on staying in Mexico. I haven't been able to find very much info on the subject. Transmigration means to drive through the country and not stay.

I have lived in Belize for 2 years and have decided to bring down some of my stuff as it is the place I am choosing to spend the rest of my life at. I am a disabled war vet with not too much time left on earth.

To be sure we are all talking about the same thing, please give us your meaning of transmigration -- what it is you want to do.

Thank you both for the help. I am not fluent in Spanish and when I hit English on the site I can't find the info anymore. Anyone know of an English version floating around?
