i need help please

i amtrying to fill out the temporary registration for automobiles on banjercito.com ,and i have 2 questions ,it ask's for a number and it has an aterisk in front of it so it is required but what number is it asking for ? i already put in the document number is it a phone number or what ? and it ask for the date your license expires mine happens to be 2-29-04 but it only goes up to 12 i can't put 29 ,so what do i do ?
i already started the process but i could not finish it.<p>thank you <p>penny

I can't help with your first question. Perhaps you could give us the Spanish words of the question. Or the url to were you are reading it.<p>The second question is easy. The Mexican form for the date is DD/MM/YYY - day/month/year.
