By best do you mean shortest or most interesting? If you want to go the most interesting way, what's interesting to you?How do you feel about paying tolls?

There used to be a ferry from Brownsville to Honduras but it's out of business now. I understand shipping a car is very expensive (so I'm driving) -- leaving Brownsville May 26.
