Suggest looking at this website, for Comala accomodation.

Although GOOGLE the subject as this list, from my experience, doesn't describe all the accomodation or restaurant options in Comala.

Although I've dined at several of the places listed on the website, over the years and enjoyed all of them.

Here's a link to a little series I wrote a few years back, that describes a few of Colima's attractions.

If you enjoy nature, then recommend staying at the eco-lodge at Santa Maria del Oro.
And visiting the eco-park and historic hacienda museum at Nogales. And give, la jefa, Emilia Rangel Brun, a big hug for me.

We visited Colima last January. Great little city, very clean, very prosperous, and lots to do in the city and the area around it. I did a series on our visit in our photojournal blog that might give you some ideas of where to go and what to see:

Sorry I don't know how to make it an active link, but you can copy and paste into your url address line. There are 5 parts to the series, and #5 appears first so you may want to scroll down to the beginning and work forward. Or not.

Enjoy yourself in Colima!
