I'm considering flying from Merida to Cancun, ( or the nearest airport to Isla Mujeres ).
And would like to know the Mexican airlines, if any, who service that route.

You don't provide much information about why you need this. However, given what you did provide, why not consider taking a bus? Much cheaper, probably much more comfortable (Mexican long-distance buses are amazing) and might even take less time, given show-up times now necessary at airports, and all the falderol around collecting your bags.

What a nice website for traveling in the Yuczatan!

I looked at the rate for 1st Class/Premier non-stop service from Merida to Cancun. It was between 268-322 pesos or about $23 for that 4-hour trip. That is the exact figure that I paid for a si milar trip in 2004!
